By entering our website, placing an order with us, using or accessing our social media channels you agree to comply with the following Shipping & Delivery terms and conditions.


 

United Kingdom - Royal Mail

Orders £200.00 and up: Free shipping

Orders under £200.00: Tracked 48 at £3.00 or Tracked 24 at £6.00

"Tracked 24" and "Tracked 48" refer to the service names provided by Royal Mail and do not serve as guaranteed delivery timeframes. Parcels typically arrive within these periods from the moment of scanning. Tracking information becomes available once the parcel is processed by the postal network. Customers can retrieve their specific tracking reference by reviewing the relevant order within their personal ATH account.

Royal Mail collects parcels Monday through Thursday at 1:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be collected on the next available business day.

Shipping costs are paid directly to Royal Mail and are non-refundable. We are unable to combine multiple orders or refund shipping costs once an order has been placed.

  

Additional information

Customers with orders marked as a risk in our security systems, sent to unauthorized Third-Party Couriers or Forwarding Services, will be contacted by the specialized team, and they will ask for additional information through the email business@aaronterencehughes.co.uk / business@aaronterencehughes.com / customercare@aaronterencehughes.co.uk / customercare@aaronterencehughes.com / info@aaronterencehughes.co.uk / info@aaronterencehughes.com

The customer is expected to respond within 24 hours at the earliest. If the customer does not provide additional and complete information to process the order, it will be canceled and refunded.

 

International Shipping

Since March 20, 2024, we no longer offer international shipping.

IMPORTANT UPDATE ON U.S. IMPORT TARIFFS:  Due to new U.S. trade policies, import tariffs may apply to all orders shipped from the UK to the U.S. Customs may charge you upon delivery. This fee is collected by them. We recommend checking with your shipping provider (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) for exact costs before placing an order.

 Aaron Terence Hughes has limited control over the communication, delivery responsibilities, timelines, location, and payments of third-party authorised resellers and shipping companies. 

 

PLEASE SEE YOUR COUNTRY'S VAT AND IMPORT DUTIES

As of July the 1st 2021 refunds will NOT be given to customers who do not accept custom charges on their delivery.

Under the new European Union law D.A.P (Delivered at place) all orders in the EU will be liable to the buyer for, Duties and Taxes, all freight also any additional custom clearance clearance charges that accrue. 

 

 

Additional information about samples

Depending on availability and active promotions, fragrance samples might be distributed randomly in your orders. These fragrance samples are 2ml bottles with 35% concentrate and 65% alcohol.

Not all orders will receive the same samples, and some of them might not receive any if there are out of stock. 

Fragrance Samples distributed by Aaron Terence Hughes Fine Fragrances have no commercial value, and they are granted to customers for them to get to know our fragrance range.
