By entering our website, placing an order with us, using or accessing our social media channels you agree to comply with the following Returns terms and conditions.

Please notice all discount sales are final and we wont be able to offer refunds or exchanges. All products purchased in a sale or promotion are not eligible for replacement.

In order to cancel an order that has been shipped, please return your order, unopened, unused in a saleable condition within 14 days.

You may return any product ordered on the www.aaronterencehughes.co.uk site within 14 days of purchase. Product must be unopened, unused in a saleable condition.

Aaron Terence Hughes Ltd will determine if the products are in the original condition when returned.

Aaron Terence Hughes Ltd will not refund any delivery charges or local customs charges.

Aaron Terence Hughes Ltd will not cover the cost of return postage or any costs associated with returning the product.

Orders placed from outside of the United Kingdom are not eligible for replacement/return and refund.

Perfume orders that have been opened and used are not eligible for replacement/return and refund.

Perfume bought from a third party are not eligible for replacement/return and refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original method of payment.

You may return any product that was delivered damaged or broken as soon as you received it. Aaron Terence Hughes Ltd will determine if the products are in the original condition and contact you to let you know if are eligible for replacement/return or refund.
